    A new destination for local and foreign tourist is brewing in Tagaytay. Nestled at Barangay Iruhin Central, Merk’s Café does not only offer a feast for the palate but also a serene and relaxing view of nature. Merk’s Café at 8 Suites serves breakfast delights as well as lunch and dinner favorites.

    Guests can savor breakfast meals with local flavor such as Crispy Tawilis, a locally available freshwater fish fried crisp, Adobo, a favorite Pork and Chicken dish slow cooked in soy sauce, vinegar and spices served with Steamed Rice and fresh tomato, Sardines, Sinaing na Tulingan while enjoying the breathtaking view of Taal Lake.
