  The owner envisioned a place for people who are after both peace and quiet, as well as modern luxury. With this in mind, the Gomezes chose a property on the quiet side of Tagaytay, off the main road, on a ridge jutting out just before the Tagaytay Highlands area.

  From the outset, the Gomez family’s enthusiasm for the project has been clear and unwavering; traits which inspired everyone who helped them make it a reality, including this writer. David was so keen with what he wanted, so it was easy to conceptualize and design the project.
